1. Rebranding

We led a complete visual and strategic rebranding—from logo and color palette to tone of voice and positioning. The new identity better reflects our value proposition as an AI-driven B2B platform.

In the startup and B2B sales sector, there are often many tables or charts showing the main players in the sector or startups that have raised funding rounds. We look for bold colors and fonts that stand out or take center stage in this type of setting.

The new website wasn’t just a facelift—it was a strategic shift. We added in-depth feature pages, customer-centric use cases, competitor comparisons to capture high-intent searches like “Apollo alternative,” and a new product demo.

Every piece was designed to increase authority, improve SEO, and convert visits into pipeline.

3. Product redesign

To support Genesy’s growth, we redesigned large parts of the product with scalability, clarity, and efficiency in mind. This included simplifying the user experience, improving onboarding flows, and refining key workflows to reduce friction. The goal was to ensure the platform could handle a growing customer base while maintaining product quality, accelerating time-to-value, and increasing reply rates. We led this initiative hands-on, working closely with design and engineering team to turn complexity into clarity and create a foundation ready for scale.
